My design failed or came back wrong. What now?

A design that fails does not cost you anything. The credit is returned automatically when the generation is marked failed, without you having to ask. A design that succeeds but disappoints is the more common case, and it is nearly always traceable to the input rather than to bad luck.

Failed generations refund the credit #

If the render fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact support, and there is nothing to claim. This is worth knowing before you spend, because it means a failed attempt costs you time and nothing else.

How long it should take #

A typical render finishes in about 30 seconds. The system waits up to 60 minutes before giving up and marking a design failed, so a job that is still running after a few minutes is unusual but not yet lost. Clicking generate twice in quick succession is treated as one request rather than charged twice.

Change one thing and run it again #

When a result is wrong, resist rewriting everything. Change the photo or the strength or the prompt, not all three, and you will learn which one mattered. Because a design costs 1 credit, a deliberate second attempt is cheap, and a blind fifth attempt is where people waste a pack.
