Use AI Room Styler with confidence

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Room Styler, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

AI Room Styler provides AI-powered tools for virtual staging and interior redesign visualization.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access links private.

4. User Conduct

• Do not upload explicit, violent, or offensive imagery.
• Only upload interior photographs you own or have rights to use.
• Do not use generated content for illegal or misleading purposes.
• Do not upload content that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.

5. Intellectual Property and License

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. AI Room Styler retains all rights to its software and AI models.

You grant us a limited license to process your uploads only to provide and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and maintain platform security.

As between you and AI Room Styler, you own the images the service generates from your uploads. We assign you whatever rights we hold in that output, and we claim no ownership of it.

You may use that output for any lawful purpose, including commercial and client-facing work such as listings, client presentations, proposals, and marketing, whether the design came from your first free generation or from credits you purchased. No attribution to AI Room Styler is required. Output you have already generated stays yours to use, whether or not you buy further credits.

Two limits apply. Because AI models can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee that output is unique, and we do not warrant that it is free of third-party rights. And your rights in the output extend no further than your rights in the photograph you uploaded, so output made from a photo you did not own or have permission to use is not cleared by this section.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in commercial, listing, design, or client-facing contexts.

7. Image Retention

We retain user-uploaded images and generated outputs for 30 days from the date of upload or generation. After that, we permanently delete them. You may request early deletion at any time, and we will process it promptly, with backup purges completed within 30 days.

8. Credits and Refunds

Credits are sold as one-time packs, not as a recurring subscription. When you buy a pack the credits are added to your account immediately and they do not expire. There is no billing cycle, no automatic renewal, and nothing to cancel.

We may change pack pricing or contents with reasonable notice. Any change applies only to future purchases and never to credits already on your account.

One credit powers one design, and credits are consumed when generation is started. Due to AI processing costs, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. We do not store full card numbers or CVV data in our app.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Room Styler is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated visualizations, business or listing decisions, lost profits, lost data, or missed opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
