Will AI Room Styler keep my windows, doors, and room layout?

Yes. Every mode that starts from a photo of a real room treats the architecture as fixed and the contents as changeable. That split is the product's central promise, and it is enforced in the prompt policy rather than left to the model's discretion. If a redesign came back with your window in a different place, something went wrong, and the section on failures below covers what to do about it.

Why was my prompt rejected?

Some instructions are refused before they reach the model. This is not a limitation we are working around: preserving your room's architecture is what makes a render trustworthy, so requests that would break it are declined rather than half-attempted. Publishing the list is more useful to you than discovering it one prompt at a time.

Which AI Room Styler mode should I use?

There are 12 modes, and they sort into seven jobs. Most people only ever need three of them. The fastest way to choose is to start from what you have (a photo, an empty room, a sketch, or only an idea) rather than from what you want the result to look like.

How should I take the photo?

The upload is the single biggest lever you have on output quality, and it is worth two minutes of care. The model can only redesign what it can see, so a photo that reads clearly to your eye also reads clearly to the model. None of this needs a real camera. A recent phone is fine.

What should I write in the prompt box?

The prompt is optional. Choosing a style and a mode is often enough, and a bad prompt does more damage than no prompt at all. Where a prompt earns its place is in the specifics a style name cannot carry: the sofa you want to keep, the oak floor that should survive, the exact green you have already bought paint for.

Why does the same photo and prompt give a different image each time?

Because generation samples a new result each time rather than looking one up. Run the same photo and the same words twice and you get two different rooms, both valid. This is the single most useful thing to understand about working with the product, and it is why the habit that produces good output is generating two or three and picking rather than rewriting after every attempt.

My design failed or came back wrong. What now?

A design that fails does not cost you anything. The credit is returned automatically when the generation is marked failed, without you having to ask. A design that succeeds but disappoints is the more common case, and it is nearly always traceable to the input rather than to bad luck.

How do I design several rooms in one property?

One room at a time. Every mode takes a single photograph and returns a single photograph, so a five room property is five separate jobs rather than one batch. Nothing carries over between them automatically, which means consistency across rooms is something you create through how you write the instructions rather than something the product maintains for you.

What file types and sizes can I upload?

Upload a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP file up to 20MB. Output comes back at 4K with no watermark on it, including the free designs. Those are the only hard limits, and most phone photos clear them without any preparation.

How much does a design cost, and do credits expire?

One design costs 1 credit, whichever mode you use. Credits come in one-time packs starting at $9 for 20 designs, and they never expire. About $0.12 to $0.45 per design. If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically.

Can I use generated images in property listings?

Yes. Designs you generate can be used commercially, including in property listings, client presentations, and marketing material. That covers the free designs as well as paid ones, whether the design came from your free generations or from credits you purchased. There is no separate licence to buy and no watermark to remove.

How long do you keep my room photos, and who can see them?

Uploads and generated designs are retained for 30 days, then cleared. The photos you upload are of your home, which is a more sensitive thing to hand over than most product inputs, so it is worth being plain about what happens to them.
